Tim and the team adopt a personal approach to business and seek to develop long term relationships with clients, through trust, professionalism and service. He is still in touch with his first healthcare client from 1998, having completed more than 50 commercial projects in the intervening period, the majority in the healthcare sector. Tim was an original director of Osmond Tricks before becoming a Partner, Director and finally Senior Director at GVA Grimley Limited.

Tim’s passions are family, friends and cycling (road, gravel, MTB, triathlon or time trials - he’s not fussy!)

Director

With over 15 years experience designing healthcare facilities Charlie brings a wealth of knowledge to the delivery of exciting architectural solutions from simple refurbishments to multi-million pound developments. He has a particular talent for managing complex briefs with multiple end users to achieve functional but engaging buildings. Charlie’s friendly and professional approach ensures clients feel comfortable, engaged and informed.

Charlie is the rock star of the group (he wishes) and can often be found playing in local bars, loitering around guitar shops, or generally indulging in all things music!

Director

Vincent has over 20 years’ experience in the industry, focusing on delivering healthcare facilities since designing his first multi-million pound health centre some 15 years ago. He enjoys the challenges and opportunities for creative design solutions whether directed towards an intimate community practice or a large multi-occupancy health centre. His creative skills as a design lead and experience of on-site delivery sees him involved at all stages of a scheme – from developing conceptual designs with the client through to working out construction details with the contractor on site.

When he’s not grappling with the latest BIM software at the office, you can find him precariously perched on a rocky outcrop on the coast, fishing rod in hand in a (hopeless) bid to improve on his personal best.

Director

Christian is a project manager, building surveyor and true team player with over 15 years’ experience of working with clients in the public and private sectors. Specialising in healthcare, Christian has a proven record of delivering projects for Acute NHS Trusts, Mental Health Trusts and GP Practices including new build and refurbishment projects, and a range of consultancy services from safety and compliance surveys, to feasibility studies, technical due diligence and dilapidations.

Christian’s Desert Island Discs choices would be The Weight by The Band, Cannery Row by John Steinbeck and an acoustic guitar.

Architectural Technologist

Alessandra is an architectural technologist with over 10 years’ experience on a variety of small and large scale healthcare projects, ranging from multi-million hospital developments to small size healthcare centres.

She is inspired by the growing awareness of how the physical environment can influence both patient recovery and staff wellbeing with the aim of delivering the highest possible quality of care.

Her dedication to good quality, clever detailing and creative solutions fully exploits the potential of each project, taking into consideration the rapid change in diagnostic and treatments techniques.

She has an interest for innovative, cutting-edge building technologies, materials and finishes and is always looking for sustainable solutions that can improve the quality of built environment.

Alessandra has a passion for family, good food and the beach! What else would you expect, given her Italian origins!

Chartered Surveyor

Kelly is a chartered surveyor with over 15 years’ experience in the property industry. She offers valuation advice and negotiation skills across all property types for a range of purposes. With a background in DVS, Kelly has detailed knowledge of the heavily regulated healthcare and local government sectors.

Kelly is friendly and her relatable manner puts clients at ease, allowing her to identify their requirements and make professional recommendations.

Outside of work, Kelly is usually found working on her self-build project in the county where she has been known to keep the occasional pig and sheep. She enjoys baking, family time and spa days.

Consultant

As a commercial property surveyor, Richard has an enviable knowledge base developed over more than 30 years in the industry. Having acted for GPs and health professionals across the country, his proven track record is based on an in-depth understanding of primary care property, funding and infrastructure. Richard’s key skill is looking at the bigger picture and applying solutions to complicated and challenging situations.

Richard is always on the go and in his free moments, tries his hand at cycling, golf and left-handed guitar playing - not all at the same time!
