As a much loved home in the centre of Hove this historical frontage has an extensive 1980’s addition to the rear resulting in a deceptively large facility.
A large conservatory extension to the south facing frontage meant communal spaces were underutilised and therefore the client instructed a programme of extension and refurbishment resulting in this light filled contemporary day space to the main frontage together with seven additional bedrooms.
